AIMS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE UNIT The advancement of Christ’s Kingdom among boys and the promotion of habits of obedience, self respect, reverence and all that tends towards a true Christian manliness.

Welcome to the official website of Ughelli Group council, Boys` Brigade. The Boys` Brigade is a christian, uniformed organisation for boys and young men between the ages of 5 and 18. The BB was founded in Glasgow, Scotland in 1883, by Sir William Alexander Smith and has developed into a world-wide organisation. The BB organisation for boys and although many things have changed since then, the basic principles remain the same. We are told (Luke 2:52) that Jesus grew in wisdom and stature and in favour with God and man and so our programme consists in acquiring knowledge, various physical activities, community work and Christian faith. The BB now has more than half a million members in over 50 countries. Ughelli Group council was founded in 19----Ughelli Group council is part of the warri District Battalion and one of about 8 group council operating in the warri District Battalion, delta state council.
